✨ About the Role
We’re looking for Events & Programs Manager — people who are excited to craft unforgettable founder experiences and bring our community to life through high-quality events.
You’ll help plan, coordinate, and produce live events (panels, workshops, dinners, founder meetups, etc.), working directly with our co-founders and speakers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your ideas, creativity, and execution will shape our brand and impact from day one.
This is a volunteer role to start, ideal for students, aspiring operators, or community builders who want to get deeply involved in the startup world.

🧠What You’ll Do
- Help organize and execute virtual and in-person events
- Coordinate logistics, speakers, and schedules
- Brainstorm and design new event formats (panels, AMAs, dinners, etc.)
- Communicate with community members, founders, and guests
- Manage post-event follow-ups, surveys, and community feedback
- Ensure a great experience for attendees from start to finish
- Experiment, iterate, and help shape our community vibe
