✨ About the Role
We’re looking for a Community Manager — someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and help build our community from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with our co-founders — seasoned leaders from the tech and finance industries — and contribute across community building, content creation, event programming, operations, and more. Whether it’s turning founder insights into shareable content, coordinating live events, or helping build internal systems and partnerships, you’ll be a key part of shaping our foundation.
This is a volunteer role to start, perfect for students, career-switchers, or ambitious builders who want high-impact, resume-worthy experience in the startup ecosystem.

- Contribute across teams like programs, events, content, partnerships, and operations
- Support the planning and execution of live and virtual founder events
- Help create content that shares community stories, insights, and learnings
- Assist in growing the community through outreach, onboarding, and partnerships
- Help expand our chapters to new locations like SF, LA, NYC, and beyond
- Build and refine internal systems, tools, and workflows to help us scale
- Collaborate with co-founders on special projects or new initiatives
- Experiment with new ideas that drive engagement, visibility, and impact
